We are happy in your interest in our practice. In order to assure the most timely access to a NeuroSurgeon Consult, please make sure you have the following criteria met:
- If your insurance requires a referral, please call your PCP to obtain a Referral
- If you do NOT have a recent MRI of the body part to be assessed, you will need to see your PCP to obtain a MRI before a Surgical Consult
- If you had recent surgery on the same body part you are asking for the consult/opinion, we will need details of the surgery. Typically, we will NOT be able to consult on patients who have had surgery by Local Surgeons within the last year
- If there is a Workman's Comp case open, please have your PTP send a referral
- We do NOT accept Personal Injury Lein cases.
